  • Mary Magdalene–Remembering. A deep attuning to your own inner power of creation as we create a container of transformation.

       Root, Sacral & Heart Chakras

  • Isis–Reclaiming.  Gather the lost parts of yourself and overcome illusion. Reintegrate your Truth and Magic.

Root, Throat & Third Eye Chakras

  • Hathor–Activation. Stand in your power and channel Light and healing energy for yourself, your community and Mother Earth.

Solar Plexus, Heart, & Crown Chakras

We will travel this path through multiple modalities of healing and realignment, including:

  • Yoga and movement (several sessions offered)

  • Conscious connected breathwork session

  • Guided meditation and energy healing offerings

  • Group exercises and sharing

  • Plenty of solo time for quiet integration, journaling, art and rest

  • Access to the entire grounds of Trout Lake Abbey

  • Five nourishing, organic, locally-sourced meals provided by Teigha Mondragon of My Healthy Home Chef

  • Unlimited organic tea and coffee bar

  • Amazing surprise take-home gifts!

This will be a safe, transformational space where your energetic sovereignty is always respected–your physical and energetic safety are promised in this experience. What you walk away with cannot be guaranteed, but it is the hope that you are brimming with clarity, joy, community and a rekindled sense of your own power and magic.  Please read our group agreements for additional information.

Location

TroutLakeAbby2016-149.jpg

The Trout Lake Abbey is a spiritual retreat center at the base of Mt Adams, featuring a Zen Buddhist Temple, Druid Sanctuary, organic farm, BnB, and beautiful grounds.

When I received the inspiration for this retreat honoring the Goddess, the location was included… the Trout Lake Abbey.  This land is held with such love and intention; I can think of no better container for our sacred work together. The accommodations are incredibly comfortable, designed for your ease and peace, regardless of which type you choose.

    Lead Facilitator

  • It is my honor to serve the Divine Feminine as the creator and lead facilitator of the Faces of the Goddess Retreat. This deeply held, intentional and immersive experience is the appropriate container for this important work. Each one of you who is called to attend is absolutely meant to be here and your presence, exactly as you are, is what is needed to make this experience powerful. I am deeply grateful for you!

    Embodiment

  • I see movement as a source of healing and connection with one's inner spirit and body. My goal is to create inclusive spaces where everybody feels safe and supported, using breath and mindful movement to help students prepare for meditation, inner work and grounding. For me, yoga is a spiritual practice of healing, presence, and awareness. Through JWP Integrations, I  strive to create connection among people through both movement and design in the digital world

    Breathwork

  • For over 20 years, I’ve had the extraordinary privilege of working in labor and delivery, supporting women as they cross the profound threshold of birth. This sacred work has taught me how to “walk beside” others during times of immense transition—moments where fear, pain, and vulnerability coexist with strength, joy, and transformation.

In my breathwork sessions, I hold space with deep reverence for each person’s inner wisdom, trusting in their own guiding intelligence and light. My role is simply to witness, to support, and to walk alongside—wherever the journey leads.
